  Pulled into this place and hit a ice pothole. I was traveling 1 or 2 miles per hour, but it was so deep that it damaged my car. I could not get a tow truck out right away amd was forced to get a motel. Then the next day had to get towed 275 miles. Car damges was costly, but what really added insult to injury (when I attempted to file a claim to get reimbursed from the corporate office) was the fact that every employee at this location not only lied about the incident, they also made up a story that I arrived with a broken car and that I actually told them this! I had 2 witnesses and the state who doesnt normally clear private property, but did a few hours later because it was so bad. This was my experience here, so you may have a good one, but myself and others will not give them business just as a matter of principle. It is too bad there are actually people who are willing to lie to this level and at the same time resulted in finacial hardship for me and they don't care. (I almost forgot... $30 worth of gas was pumped on to the ground because of the damage, ya they didn't notice until i pointed it out to them)

  This pilot tends to be appropriately staffed. We usually get quick gas service in the time it takes us to cruise the coffee isle.

  Being the only safe looking spot to stop at this is a good place. Pilot in general is a 4-5 star experience due to the ease with truckers thus even better for cars and trucks. I will not a good cup of coffee is really hard to find in Oregon, though here is better then other spots tried. Store is smaller but as far as the 100 mile trip to Klamath Falls or through Madras this is about the only stop that seems safe.
